Job summary

Inter Island Group in Johor is seeking a Process Technician (Electronics Manufacturing) to maintain and troubleshoot production machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and support engineers during builds and validation. The role is based in Kampong Tampoi, Johor and offers a salary range of RM2,200–RM2,500 per month depending on experience and qualifications.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and prior experience in manufacturing or tooling is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing, machine maintenance or troubleshooting is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and update machine check sheets and reports.
• Support machine optimization and improve machine performance to achieve production targets.
• Monitor machine downtime and record repair activities.
• Maintain ESD wiring in the working area.
• Support Process and Product Engineers during engineering builds and validation.
• Monitor line rejection and support yield improvement activities.
• Follow work instructions, guidelines and specifications for line conversion.
• Provide support during production and line conversion activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
