Chipbond Technology Malaysia is seeking a production/quality engineer to monitor process stability, troubleshoot issues, and drive yield improvements in a fast-paced environment.

You will support engineering sample testing, assist multi-platform test operations, and manage online production lot issues while contributing to KPI improvements and new product introductions.

Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred to coordinate with Taiwan HQ and Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related engineering field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred due to coordination with Taiwan HQ and Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsabilités

• Monitor process stability, troubleshoot issues, improve yield, and support cross-functional projects and equipment calibration.
• Support engineering sample testing and assist in multi-platform test operations.
• Handle online production lot issues, perform troubleshooting, and submit discrepancy reports for low-yield WIP
• Develop in-depth knowledge of testing processes and equipment. Perform failure analysis and support production and engineering projects.
• Oversee daily process issues, manage new product introduction, execute improvement projects, and enhance production KPIs.
