Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Process Operator II to join our Home Care Plant. You will be at the heart of production, preparing, mixing and producing our home care products safely and accurately, ensuring lines run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Completed at least SPM or SPVM.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in manufacturing finishing lines.
• Good basic understanding of Mathematics and Science.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production schedules and convert them into the required number of batches.
• Prepare and weigh minor ingredients accurately for batch making.
• Mix and create products strictly according to formula and Standard Process Instructions (SPI).
• Ensure a continuous supply of work‑in‑process materials to the filler machines.
• Ensure the right product is pumped to the correct storage tanks and fillers by managing the right valves.
• Conduct in‑plant quality checks and take product samples to send to the lab for analysis.
• Keep all equipment, raw materials, and facilities in good, safe condition before starting production.
• Enter daily production reports, material usage, and lot numbers accurately into the SAP system.
• Train and guide new hires, and assist the team with plant trials and equipment start‑ups.
