Job summary

Colgate in Malaysia is seeking an Operation Technician to keep finishing and packaging lines running safely and efficiently. You will operate heavy equipment, perform adjustments, and ensure products meet quality standards on the shop floor.

We value hands-on teamwork, safety, GMP compliance and continuous improvement, with opportunities to train new hires and support plant trials. SPM/SPVM graduates with 3+ years in manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Completed at least SPM or SPVM.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to perform simple calculations accurately.
• Ability to speak and write clearly in either Bahasa Malaysia or English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate finishing, packaging, and associated equipment on the production line.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Execute safe changeovers between product runs and maintain production efficiency.
• Keep accurate daily production records and assist with stock counts when required.
• Participate in GMP compliance, safety practices and housekeeping on the shop floor.
