Job summary

Exchange 106 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks an Executive to drive Business Improvement Plan (BPI) and Change Management initiatives. You will analyse processes, document SOPs, support system and policy changes, and monitor implementation across departments.

You will also collect data, develop KPIs, and prepare dashboards to track performance improvements, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of new practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in documenting, mapping and standardising operational procedures and workflows across departments. Support initiatives aimed at improving productivity, cost efficiency and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain process documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps and guidelines.
• Assist in the implementation of organisational change initiatives including system improvements, policy changes and operational restructuring.
• Support communication and engagement efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide updates to management on implementation status.
• Identify potential challenges and support mitigation strategies during transition phases.
• Collect, analyse and interpret operational data to assess the effectiveness of business processes.
• Support the development of performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring process improvements.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track operational performance and improvement outcomes.
• Work closely with various departments to understand operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to identify improvement opportunities and promote best practices.
• Support coordination between departments during process improvement and change initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Support the implementation of improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies where applicable.
• Assist in reviewing policies, procedures, and operational practices to ensure alignment with corporate standards and strategic objectives.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.
