Job summary

Boilermech Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence leader to drive enterprise-wide improvements using data-driven process optimization, standardization, and digital solutions.

You will partner with operations and cross-functional teams to boost efficiency, quality and productivity, and you will design SOPs, dashboards and performance metrics. This role requires minimum 5 years in process improvement, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on, results-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Create and enforce SOPs; establish root cause analysis and address audit points.
• Support new business implementation and operational setup activities.
