Job summary

Advanced Energy Management Limited in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes. The role requires hands-on work with automated and manual equipment to boost production efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in manufacturing process engineering, knowledge of 6 Sigma/ SPC/ FMEA/ Lean, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
• Familiar with ISO quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead yield improvement plans and production issue follow-ups.
• Improve product quality and reduce manufacturing cost.
• Prepare corrective actions from customer quality feedback and monitor implementation.
• Document processes, procedures and specifications clearly.
• Develop best practices and innovative solutions to improve yield and quality.
• Perform process simulations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IE to establish Line Balancing Chart and Balancing Factor.
• Lead CIP teams to drive efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians and staff.
• Adhere to 5S, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
