Job summary

Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes, lead special projects to improve production efficiency and quality, and work hands-on with automated and manual equipment. Qualifications

• Independent judgment and professionalism on program teams.
• Ability to manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
• Experience with 6 Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of reading schematics and blueprints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead yield improvement initiatives and first-pass yield improvement plans.
• Follow up on daily production issues; drive team to increase yield and reduce costs.
• Address customer quality feedback; prepare corrective actions and monitor implementation.
• Document processes, procedures, and specifications in detail.
• Develop best practices and innovative solutions to enhance yield and quality.
• Perform process simulations and troubleshooting; collaborate with IE on line balancing.
