Job summary

Aveta Global Marketing in Bukit Raja, Selangor, is seeking a Production/Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes for higher productivity, quality and efficiency. You will monitor processes, develop SOPs, control plans, and work instructions, perform process validation, resolve issues with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, data analysis and teamwork in a fast-paced environment to deliver

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing/quality/process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and process optimization.
• Experience with SOPs, work instructions, control plans and process validation.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate production processes for smooth, efficient operations.
• Develop, review and maintain work instructions, SOPs and control plans.
• Ensure processes align with established standards and specifications.
• Identify process gaps and bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Production team to ensure proper implementation of processes.
• Conduct process validation and improvement activities to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Analyze data to reduce waste, defects, downtime and costs.
• Support quality control activities and investigate process-related issues.
• Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot problems.
• Document and communicate process changes and validation activities.
• Monitor KPIs and track improvement effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and promote teamwork across departments.
