Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Process Engineer with 3+ years of experience to optimize manufacturing processes in Penang, Malaysia. You will prepare process documents, design equipment, and verify tooling for production.

You will co-sign new product drawings, support batch trials, and contribute to continuous quality improvements across processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Process Engineer experience.
• Strong communication and management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Compile process documents for products and set material consumption quotas; design process equipment and verify/improve process tools; create process layout diagrams for the company and workshop.
• Co-sign new product drawings; design process and tooling for batch trials; improve trial production reports and related materials; participate in new product appraisals.
• Establish and maintain the process flow system; drive continuous improvement of products and processes; enhance product quality.

Job Responsibilities

• 1.Compile the process documents for the products, formulate the process quotas for material consumption; According to the process requirements, design the process equipment and be responsible for the verification and improvement of the process tools; Design the process layout diagrams for the company and the workshop.
• 2.Responsible for the co-signing of new product drawings and the design of process and tooling for the batch trial production of new products, improving the trial production reports and relevant process materials, and participating in the new product appraisal work.
• 3.Establish and maintain the process flow system. Promote continuous improvement of products and processes. Achieve the goal of enhancing product quality.
• 4.Optimize, improve and monitor the management of product manufacturing processes, continuously enhancing the quality of the manufacturing procedures.
