Job summary

PCA Technology in Johor Bahru is seeking a Process Engineer/Senior Process Engineer to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements and are safe and reliable. You will define the process flow, materials, machine parameters and work instructions for all manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities include updating process methods and machine programs, analyzing and resolving process issues, evaluating new materials, driving process improvements, training personnel, and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Preferably with at least two years of experience in manufacturing processes.

• Update and document all manufacturing process methods, machine programs and heat profiles.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes to ensure safety and reliability.
• Conduct evaluation of new materials to be introduced to existing processes and identify materials that may cause quality problems.
• Identify, propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Identify training needs for personnel under supervision to obtain relevant skills knowledge.
• Participate in internal quality audits, evaluate and qualify materials suppliers, and control non-conforming products.

Determine the process flow, material used, machine parameters, machine programming and work instructions for all manufacturing processes.

Update and well document all manufacturing process method, machine programs and machine heat profile.

Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes ensuring that all process are safe and reliable.

Conduct evaluation in new materials to be introduced to existing process and material suspected to cause quality problems.

Identify, propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Identify training needs for all personnel under his/her supervision to obtain the relevant skills knowledge.

When necessary, take parts in internal quality audits, evaluation and qualifying materials supplier, control of non-conforming products and other functions relating to quality of products and services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Preferably with at least two years of experience in manufacturing processes.
