Job summary

The candidate for this position will monitor the operations of our systems, focusing on quality and compliance, and provide technical support to multiple departments to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities include analyzing machine downtime, tracking production metrics, and implementing continuous improvement. A Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering degree and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 are required; 2–3 years of relevant experience and good English communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015.
• Dynamic, energetic, and resourceful team player; able to work independently to meet deadlines and procedures.
• Computer literate; good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff.

• Ensure production runs with defined processes and methods per engineer.
• Analyse machine downtime and develop appropriate measures.
