Job summary

YAGEO Nexensos is seeking a technically skilled professional to ensure stable production, define process steps, and drive continuous improvements in our manufacturing environment. You will support QA, equipment qualification, and technical documentation while mentoring production staff.

The role requires experience in project management, statistical analysis, and strong teamwork to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and application of statistical analysis methods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management and related manufacturing requirements.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant user programmes.
• Knowledge or experience in Dicing Process will be an added advantage.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.
• Technical studies or technical qualification, with further training as a Technician/Master or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and reliable production processes.
• Define and establish process steps, workflows and operating methods.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainable enhancement of process capability.
• Monitor and ensure Technical Machine Availability (TAV).
• Investigate and support the resolution of internal and external customer complaints.
• Provide technical support for daily production operations.
• Support QA activities, including preparation and review of FMEA, PCN, PCR, SREA, Control Plans and related quality documents.
• Support the qualification of new products, processes, equipment and materials.
• Lead or support equipment qualification for existing processes and products.
• Perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment and process malfunctions.
• Monitor production processes, including process stability, yield and key process indicators, and initiate appropriate corrective actions when required.
• Manage assigned projects to ensure completion on time, within budget and according to requirements.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, specifications and other process-related documents.
• Evaluate and provide technical approval for new processes, machines, products and materials.
• Provide technical approval/recommendations for special approvals, technical specifications and materials, in accordance with the applicable authorization requirements.
• Support innovation, development and optimization of relevant products and production processes.
• Conduct technical training and provide coaching to production employees.
• Execute annual training relevant to the assigned professional/technical area.
• Monitor, analyse and report process KPIs for the respective department/process area.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, productivity, efficiency and process capability.

Competencies, Authorities & Responsibilities

• Perform tasks and duties in accordance with the approved Job Description and Employment Contract.


• Responsible for production line blocking and clearance in accordance with applicable procedures.


• Exercise decision-making authority in accordance with the company's Signature Authorization Regulation (OTH_11129004 – Signature Regulation).


• Exercise applicable signing authority, including signing “on behalf of – pp.” (per procurationem), where formally authorized.


• Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, procedures, quality requirements, safety requirements and production standards.


• Work closely with Production, QA, Maintenance, R&D and other relevant departments to resolve technical and process-related issues.
