Job description

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our engineering team. This role will focus on container structure and manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to improve product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure & Process Improvement
  Analyze existing container structure and process issues, develop and implement improvement solutions.
  Research and introduce new container manufacturing processes, optimize workflows, and enhance product quality and reliability.

• Cost Control & Cost Reduction
  Participate in cost-down initiatives by identifying opportunities through structural design and process optimization. Develop cost reduction plans, track implementation, and evaluate effectiveness.

• Standardization & Design Support
  Assist in improving container structure design and manufacturing standards.
  Participate in developing technical specifications and ensure strict implementation across teams and projects.

• Cross-functional Collaboration
  Work closely with the Production team to ensure manufacturability of designs and improvement solutions, and resolve structural or process issues during production.
  Coordinate with the Project Planning team to align engineering activities with project schedules.
  Collaborate with the Quality team to support quality control and ensure products meet required standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

• Experience in the power distribution industry, with solid hands-on experience in structure improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers from China headquarters.

• Practical, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
