Job summary

KLK OLEO Malaysia is seeking a Process Engineer to drive development and implementation of new processes at production sites. You will plan, organize, and lead process improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency across our plants.

The role requires a degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 2 years in an engineering process environment; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. You will train personnel, ensure safety rules, and support cost analyses for new and existing products.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in an engineering process environment.
• Sound knowledge of process design and optimization.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive new process development & implementation at sites.
• Share best practices with all sites; develop guidelines & standards.
• Plan, organise, lead & control process compliance.
• Project management & implementation.
• Liaise with maintenance and technical teams to ensure high process reliability and production targets.
• Train production personnel on new production processes and related updates.
• Assist production to operate plants at best capacity and efficiency.
• Assist in implementing all Safety Rules and Regulations as stated in the Company policy.
• Produce validation protocols and validation reports based on process data analysis for trials.
• Assist QA/QC and Production in any quality or process issues.
• Provide processing cost analyses for new and existing products.
