Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Process Engineer (Oleochemical Manufacturing) to support operations in Pasir Gudang. You will master process design basics, perform mass balances, monitor performance and provide regular reports, while improving process efficiency, yield and cost control.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, is proactive with strong analytical and reporting skills, and can collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities for process data.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with all departments and master process design basics.
• Develop process block diagrams with mass balance and fatty acid composition.
• Monitor process performance with timely data collection and analysis.
• Provide regular process performance reports and drive improvements in yield and cost.
• Provide technical support to Production and understand production upsets.
