Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3–10 years experience in an olefins plant, refinery or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply personnel and process safety principles in manufacturing facilities across the globe.
• Provide design knowledge for steam crackers using fundamental chemical engineering principles.
• Participate in troubleshooting and development teams to address complex technical issues.
• Assist sites with start-up, troubleshooting and performance evaluations.
• Lead deployment of fleet initiatives across ExxonMobil’s facilities for profit margin improvement, energy and OPEX efficiencies.
