Chemical / Manufacturing
Prepare and submit process documents for new product introduction, including trial production plans and internal control standards.
Coordinate new product trial production and ensure smooth transition to mass production.
Review and update process documents, specifications, and production requirements.
New Product Tracking
Conduct experiments and follow up on new raw materials, new processes, and new equipment.
Monitor trial production and mass production performance to ensure successful process adoption.
Identify and resolve process issues during new product introduction.
Optimize and improve existing processes to ensure safety, quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
Review process conditions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Conduct process experiments and improvement projects to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and safety reliability.
Analyze process performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct product stability and reliability verification activities.
Perform storage and process condition assessments.
Provide technical support for production issues and process abnormalities.
Conduct investigation, root cause analysis, and follow-up corrective actions.
Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve process-related issues.
Operate and demonstrate sample production equipment and provide training to production operators.
Conduct employee skills assessment and support operator qualification.
Support IPQC inspections, customer audits, and external audits.
Bachelor's Degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1+ year of experience as a Process Engineer, Laboratory Technician, or in a chemical manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
Experience in chemical manufacturing, electrolyte production, or related processes is preferred.
Familiarity with chemical industry equipment, pipelines, and P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams).
Ability to develop and review process SOPs and technical documentation.
Knowledge of organic chemistry and common ester/salt materials is an advantage.
Familiarity with electrolyte production processes is preferred.
Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese are highly preferred.
Able to work on a rotating shift schedule, if required.
Strong understanding of chemical production processes and process engineering principles.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct experiments and identify root causes.
Ability to analyze production data and identify process improvement opportunities.
Good documentation, reporting, and technical communication skills.
Strong hands‑on capability and willingness to work closely with production teams.
