Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to serve High Net Worth clients. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and product sales, while supporting relationship managers in building client relationships.

The role requires a Malaysian citizen with a Diploma in business studies and at least 2 years in customer service, plus cash handling experience. Banking experience is advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• Diploma in any business related studies.
• At least 2 years of working experience in customer service.
• Proven cash handling and transaction processing experience.
• Experience in a financial institution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to High Net Worth Clients and contribute to CSAT targets.
• Accept and process deposits, withdrawals, remittances, ANSB and other bank products promptly and accurately.
• Carry clear targets for CASA and FD growth, account openings, and cross-sell of PL, Credit Cards, Portfolio Sales and ASBF Funding.
• Support Relationship Managers & Area Managers in building rapport with priority banking clients.
