Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia seeks a Priority Banking support specialist to assist PB Relationship Managers with banking transactions and service needs. You will help maintain client satisfaction and resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
Excellent interpersonal skills; highly motivated and result-driven.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of customer issues from inquiries to complaints until resolution.
Maintain quality service by enforcing standards and resolving problems.
Engage customers and build sustainable relationships and trust.
Attend PB walk-in customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Share information on campaigns and cross-sell products (Credit Card, SMF, etc.).
Referral to RMs on PB upgrades and investments (ensure license requirements).
Ensure documents checked for risk/compliance (AML/FATCA/CRS).
Perform follow-up calls to confirm sales and banking transactions.
