Job summary

Pyramid Converters (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales/Marketing professional with 1–3 years of experience to drive growth in Malaysia. You will develop strategies, manage client relationships, and present solutions to potential customers.

The role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin preferred, and a willingness to travel. A Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Admin, or Sales is preferred, along with MS Office and digital marketing

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related position.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and marketing activities.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly and annual KPIs.
