Job summary

BANNERSHOP invites an Account Manager in Malaysia to drive growth by nurturing existing clients and actively pursuing new business. You will be the bridge between clients and production, ensuring satisfaction and project success. The role requires strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Fluency in Chinese and English is essential. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will join a fast-paced printing and design team with opportunities

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or account management role.
Fluent in Chinese and English.
Experience in printing, advertising or related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities; prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and understand their needs.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve targets.
Collaborate with production, design, and customer service teams to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts for management.
