Job summary

Pyramid Converters (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing professional in Malaysia to develop strategies, identify new business opportunities, and nurture client relationships. The role involves presenting to clients, preparing proposals, and driving campaigns to achieve KPIs.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in sales/marketing, good English and Bahasa Malaysia, and be comfortable with travel and teamwork. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related position.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and marketing activities.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly and annual KPIs.
