Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to provided guidelines, training, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Quality Assurance: Inspect outputs to ensure accuracy and high quality for each job/order.
• Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment/station at all times.
• Safety & Issue Reporting: Identify and report machine malfunctions, hazards, or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
• Basic Maintenance: Assist in routine, basic machine maintenance and cleaning when needed.
• General Support: Perform additional production or workshop tasks assigned by supervisors or management as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing/workshop environment is an advantage (Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided).
• Good work ethic, punctual, self-disciplined, and responsible.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as in a team.
