Job summary

Gogoprint Pte. Ltd. in Malaysia is offering a Production Coordinator Intern position within our Operations team.

You will manage the daily flow of print jobs from order to finished product for around four months, coordinating with printers, tracking progress, and assisting with customer complaints under guidance. This hands-on internship is not shadowing; after a structured handover you will own key tasks with support from the team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Available full time for the entire internship period, including handover weeks.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail: a wrong quantity or specification means a costly reprint.
• Good written and spoken communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Production coordination: getting the right jobs to the right printers, on time, every day.
• Dispatch print jobs to trade printer partners, check files, specs, quantities and due dates.
• Maintain job trackers and records up to date; support other operational tasks as assigned.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and coordinate fixes with partners and internal teams.
