Job summary

OPS PAPER PRODUCTS SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking an organized coordinator to support Sales and Production through order processing and documentation. The role involves releasing work orders in CPS, updating corrugating schedules, and handling label printing and filing tasks.

You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Art Departments, verify stock availability, and manage sample requests as the company expands its corrugated carton and paper core operations.

Responsibilities

• Release Work Orders in CPS based on Sales Orders.
• Prepare and update the corrugating schedule in CPS.
• Print daily Work Orders, Dry End Labels and FG Labels.
• File Master Cards, Sales Orders and related documents.
• Update changes from the Sales Department.
• Check stock availability with Warehouse.
• Coordinate sample requests with Sales and Art Departments.
• Prepare FG Labels for outsourced goods returned to OPS.
