Job summary

Bybit is seeking a senior backend architect to own the technical architecture for Security and Risk Control R&D. You will drive high-performance system design, select technologies, and promote architectural best practices to support rapid growth and reliability.

The role requires deep experience in Java or Go, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), with a track record of open-source contributions and large-scale distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 7+ years Java or Go backend experience.
• Proficient in Java (Spring Boot) or Go (go-zero) microservice ecosystems.
• Experience designing and tuning high-concurrency systems.
• Familiar with containerization (K8s, Docker) and microservice patterns.
• Experience in architecture design for large-scale distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Architecture design of high-performance, scalable, highly available systems.
• Technology selection and innovation across middleware, caching, and databases.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and fault review for online stability.
• Provide technical guidance and architecture reviews for teams.
