Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related fields.
• Proficient in Golang, with Java/Python and multi-language capabilities.
• Familiar with common security issues (XSS, SQL injection, data leakage) and protection mechanisms.
• Experience with security R&D of large-scale, high-concurrency systems.
• Strong communication and ability to lead projects cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in R&D of security systems and platforms for data security and desensitization.
• Design and implement security policies and detection logic to support compliance and security needs.
• Understand business system architecture, identify risks, propose technical solutions.
• Participate in incident response and drive continuous security improvements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and risk control to implement security capabilities across the company.
