Bybit is seeking a seasoned backend engineer in Kuala Lumpur to develop risk-control capabilities for deposits, withdrawals, and on-chain fund operations. The role focuses on building a robust risk engine and collaborating with wallet, asset, and security teams to strengthen platform security and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in risk-control development within internet/finance/blockchain, with hands-on experience in rule engines, and proficiency in Go or Node.js and on-chain

Qualifications

5+ years backend development experience with a focus on risk control in internet/finance/blockchain/payments.
Experience with rule engines or decision trees is highly valued.
Strong knowledge of wallet technologies (HD wallets, multi-sig, MPC) and on-chain risk controls.

Responsibilities

Build risk control capabilities for deposit/withdrawal and on-chain fund operation scenarios.
Design risk control strategies including rule validation and anomaly interception.
Create a risk control decision engine to unify on-chain fund operation safeguards.
Collaborate with wallet, asset and security teams to improve security and system stability.
