Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a 360 recruitment or sales role with a verifiable billings track record.
• Proven ability to win and grow client relationships through proactive business development.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience guiding or supporting junior team members.

Responsabilités

• Own the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate delivery and placement.
• Identify, pitch and win new business opportunities and build a strong client network.
• Research and attract high‑calibre candidates using sourcing methods to meet briefs.
• Qualify, shortlist and present candidates to clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes and liaise with senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices in sourcing and client management.
• Grow long‑term candidate and client relationships to build a market network.

We have offices across Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore and India. Your development will be supported by our internally dedicated Training & Development team in all facets of agency recruitment. Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full 360 recruitment cycle — from business development and client acquisition through to candidate delivery and placement.
• Proactively identify, pitch and win new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of client relationships alongside your own desk.
• Research, identify and attract high‑calibre candidates using the full range of sourcing methods to meet assignment requirements.
• Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against client briefs, acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
• Lead and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, liaising confidently with senior stakeholders on both sides.
• Act as a point of guidance and support for junior consultants, sharing best practice and helping develop their sourcing, client and candidate management skills.
• Initiate, manage and grow long‑term candidate and client relationships, building a strong market network and reputation.
• Consistently meet and exceed agreed KPIs, billing and fee generation targets.
• Stay ahead of market trends, using commercial insight to identify new business and candidate opportunities.

To be eligible for this position you will require:

• 5–8 years' experience in a 360 recruitment or sales role, with a strong, demonstrable billings track record.
• A proven ability to win and grow client relationships through proactive business development.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience supporting or informally guiding junior team members.
• A pro‑active, resilient approach with a genuine drive to exceed targets.
• A strong academic background and a track record of achievement in your current role.
