Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a capable Planning/Scheduling professional to join our Klang, Selangor team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, coordinating with engineers and site teams, and ensuring schedule accuracy for hyperscale data center projects.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in planning/scheduling within construction or engineering, with strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years planning/scheduling experience in construction or engineering.
• Proven experience using Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
• Understanding of EOT (Extension of Time) and Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Knowledge of resource loading, progress measurement, and project controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities
