Job summary

Let Colour Soar is seeking a Primary Art Teacher to join the founding team in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead engaging art classes for children aged 3–8, following the company curriculum and creating a warm, inclusive classroom that respects diverse cultures and individual learning rhythms.

You will balance technical skill-building with nurturing each child's imagination, and communicate with parents on student progress.

Qualifications

  • Background in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related fields. Graduates from Malaysian Institute of Art, ASWARA, TOA The One Academy, or DASEIN Academy of Art are strongly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience teaching children is a plus, but passion and patience matter most.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English, as these are the primary languages used in teaching and parent communication.
  • A respectful team player who is self-motivated and open to growth.

Primary Art Teacher (Full-Time)
Let Colour Soar | Desa Parkcity, Plaza Arkadia, Kuala Lumpur
5 working days per week | Rest on Mondays & Tuesdays

Founded in Singapore in 2014, we are a well-established art education brand with a strong record of student success in competitions and admissions. We are now launching our first studio in Kuala Lumpur.

  • Lead engaging art classes for ages 3–8, following our thoughtfully developed curriculum.
  • Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom that respects diverse cultures and individual learning rhythms.
  • Balance technical skill-building with the protection of each child's natural imagination.
  • Communicate gently and clearly with parents about student progress and growth.
  • Contribute to the daily culture of a brand-new studio as part of the founding team.
What We're Looking For
  • Background in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related fields. Graduates from Malaysian Institute of Art, ASWARA, TOA The One Academy, or DASEIN Academy of Art are strongly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience teaching children is a plus, but genuine passion and patience matter most.
  • Deliver lessons in accordance with the standardized curriculum formulated by the company. A heartfelt belief that every child is creative, and a commitment to guiding rather than doing it for them.

Working Hours
  • 12:00 p.m. – 8:0 p.m., Wednesday to Friday
  • 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday
