Job summary

Little Dino Art Studio in Malaysia is seeking an art-focused educator to guide children aged 3–14. You will demonstrate art skills, supervise classroom safety, prepare materials, and provide progress feedback while maintaining a cheerful, patient, and reliable presence.

The role combines teaching duties with potential marketing-related tasks, requires fluency in English or Mandarin, and offers flexible hours with day shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome and immediate start is possible.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate awareness of children’s well-being at all times.
• Assess students’ performance and progress regularly to ensure mastery of skills.
• Carry out duties as assigned by management.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and setup of materials.
• Provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Guide students on proper use and care of materials and tools.
• Manage the classroom effectively and maintain discipline.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organised classroom.
• Design marketing-related materials (posters/videos) is a bonus.

• Applicant must have art background, know how to draw, colouring with water painting, colour pencil and oil pastel
• Patience, tolerance, a good sense of human, and reliability MUST.
• Team spirited and passionate about working with children (3 years to 14 years)
• Cheerful, honest, ability to take initiative and front runner in executing the vision of the studio.
• Positive interpersonal skills with the ability to independently manage a team
• The application must be able to communicate in English or Mandarin
• Teaching Seminar will be provided.
