Job summary

Let Colour Soar is seeking a Primary Art Teacher to join the founding team in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead engaging art classes for children aged 3–8, following the company curriculum and creating a warm, inclusive classroom that respects diverse cultures and individual learning rhythms.

You will balance technical skill-building with nurturing each child's imagination, and communicate with parents on student progress.

Qualifications

• Background in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related fields. Graduates from Malaysian Institute of Art, ASWARA, TOA The One Academy, or DASEIN Academy of Art are strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience teaching children is a plus, but passion and patience matter most.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English, as these are the primary languages used in teaching and parent communication.
• A respectful team player who is self-motivated and open to growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging art classes for ages 3–8 following our curriculum.
• Create a warm, safe, inclusive classroom that respects diverse cultures and individual learning rhythms.
• Balance technical skill-building with protecting each child's natural imagination.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and growth.
• Contribute to the daily culture of a brand-new studio as part of the founding team.
