Job summary

Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive, Market Research & Pricing to support the development and execution of marketing strategies through data-driven market research and pricing analytics for residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.

You will analyze buyer preferences, monitor pricing trends, collaborate with Project, Sales, Finance and Business Development teams, and help identify high-value marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of working experience in market research, market intelligence, pricing analysis or marketing.
• Good understanding of the property industry with ability to apply expertise in planning and decision-making.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to assess buyer preferences, investment trends, and demand drivers across property segments and geographies.
• Monitor and analyse historical sales/rental data, pricing trends, and competitors' developments to formulate pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate with Project, Sales, Finance and Business Development teams to ensure marketing and pricing strategies align with business goals.
• Research and identify current market trends in marketing strategies, including show unit design, exhibition booth concepts, advertising design.
• Research and implement high-value marketing initiatives for the Company's projects and townships.
• Conduct and analyse SWOT for all projects.
• Source, recommend and execute marketing and promotional tools that appeal to the intended market segment.
• Support marketing policies and programmes to generate interest and attract target buyers to achieve sales targets.
• Support, coordinate and execute innovative marketing campaigns within budget and timeline.
• Liaise with authorities regarding new rules and regulation relating to marketing matters.
