Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market evaluations to guide teams in optimizing business opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to gather and summarize customer feedback for management reporting.
• Manage and build relationships with shipping lines, vendors, and transporters, initiating local negotiations and resolving service issues.
• Continuously review carrier processes to ensure best practices and competitive fee structures.
• Adhere to internal procurement guidelines, approvals, and coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders for support.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, OPS standards and external regulations.
• Act as the key liaison for sales teams, supporting business opportunities to maximize the win rate.
