• Ensure food quality, portioning, presentation, and consistency are maintained.
• Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organised.
• Assist with stock handling, preparation, and other daily kitchen operations.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service.
