Job summary

Qualifications
- SPM or Diploma in related field.
- At least 1 year experience in F&B.
- Good team player, able to work independently.
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Able to follow directions from Head Chef.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver top-quality dishes.
- Adaptability to fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Master basic cooking methods and ingredient cutting.
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to menu/SOP.
- Proper storage of food and storage areas.
- Improve food preparation methods based on feedback.
- Perform cleaning duties of kitchen, crockery, and equipment.
- Maintain food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and observe safety precautions.
- Undertake duties assigned by Head Chef & Chef De Partie.
