DRV Health & Wellness Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic Dietitian/Nutritionist to lead a Kuala Lumpur health & wellness centre. You will own branch performance, operations, team development, and customer experience while driving business growth.

You will manage services, health screenings and wellness programs, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and develop partnerships with corporate clients to expand the branch’s reach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Health Science, Business Management or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, clinic or related industries is preferred.
• Previous branch management, sales management or team leadership experience will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to achieve branch KPIs and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day branch operations and overall performance.

Clinic, Health & Wellness Centre | Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Dietitian / Nutritionist who is passionate about preventive healthcare, nutrition and wellness, and has the leadership ability to grow and manage a successful health & wellness centre.

This is more than a nutrition consultation role. The successful candidate will take ownership of the overall branch performance, operations, team development, customer experience and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES — BRANCH MANAGEMENT

1. Branch Operations & Management

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the branch
• Ensure smooth coordination of customer appointments, consultations, health screenings and wellness programmes
• Establish and maintain branch SOPs, service standards and operational procedures
• Monitor branch facilities, inventory, product stocks and operational requirements
• Prepare regular branch performance and management reports
• Ensure the branch maintains a professional, clean and welcoming environment

2. Business Development & Sales Performance

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly branch sales and revenue targets
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and KPIs
• Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, retention and repeat visits
• Develop strategies to improve conversion from health assessment to appropriate health management programmes
• Build relationships with potential corporate clients, business partners and local communities
• Support health campaigns, promotional activities and branch-level marketing initiatives

3. Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, motivate and manage the branch team
• Set individual and team KPIs and monitor performance
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching and performance reviews
• Train staff on customer service, health programmes, products and consultation processes
• Coordinate staff scheduling, attendance and manpower planning
• Build a positive, professional and performance-oriented working culture

4. Customer & Health Management

• Provide professional nutrition, diet and lifestyle consultations where appropriate
• Conduct basic health and nutritional assessments
• Understand customers' health goals and recommend appropriate nutrition, lifestyle and wellness programmes
• Develop personalised health-management plans together with the healthcare team
• Follow up on customers' progress and encourage long‑term lifestyle improvement
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction

5. Healthcare Team Coordination

• Work closely with doctors, nurses, dietitians, nutritionists and other healthcare professionals
• Coordinate customer journeys from health screening and assessment to consultation, intervention and follow‑up
• Support the implementation of preventive and personalised health‑management programmes
• Ensure appropriate cases are referred to the relevant healthcare professional when required

6. Marketing & Community Engagement

• Plan and organise health talks, workshops, health screening campaigns and customer events
• Develop partnerships with corporations, communities and organisations
• Support social media and local marketing activities to increase branch awareness
• Represent the branch professionally at health‑related events and business activities
• Develop referral and customer engagement programmes to grow the branch's customer base

7. Financial & Performance Management

• Take ownership of branch revenue and operating performance
• Monitor sales, expenses, productivity and profitability
• Manage branch resources efficiently and control unnecessary operational costs
• Analyse branch performance and recommend corrective actions or growth strategies
• Work closely with management to prepare monthly targets, forecasts and action plans

8. Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Ensure every customer receives a professional and caring experience
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
• Maintain strong relationships with VIP and long‑term customers
• Develop customer retention and follow‑up strategies
• Ensure the team maintains high standards of service and professionalism

9. Compliance & Professional Standards

• Ensure branch operations comply with company policies, SOPs and applicable healthcare requirements
• Maintain proper customer records and documentation
• Ensure customer information is handled confidentially
• Ensure health, nutrition and wellness information communicated by the team is responsible and within the appropriate professional scope

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Health Science, Business Management or related field
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, nutrition, clinic, pharmacy, fitness or related industries is preferred
• Previous experience in branch management, sales management or team leadership will be an advantage
