Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in banking, accounting & finance, economics, marketing, or business studies.
• Licenses: PCE (Life); PCE (General); CIELI; FIMM/FMUTM; IPPC an advantage.
• Passion for success and sales-driven environment.
• Knowledge of wealth products: Unit Trust, Bancassurance, Structured Products, Dual Currency Investments.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build profitable relationships with customers in their portfolio to deepen and broaden account relationships and generate revenue in wealth management.
• Market investment products and cross-sell HLBB’s consumer products including mortgages and credit cards.
• Grow the customer base through referrals or advisory services offered personally or via the Investment Consultant team.
• Acquire and grow Priority Banking customer relationships in line with PB targets.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Investment Consultant to offer personalized financial services to affluent clients.
• Support Centre Manager in promoting and developing market presence to achieve personal and overall targets.
