Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Malaysia invites talented professionals to join our Retail Wealth Management team, focusing on affluent clients with a strong emphasis on service, disciplined sales, and product knowledge.

You will build profitable relationships, cross-sell wealth products, and expand the customer base through referrals while collaborating with Investment Consultants to deliver proactive financial services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Banking / Accounting & Finance / Economics / Marketing / Business Studies.
• Required Licenses: PCE (Life); PCE (General); CIELI; FIMM/FMUTM. IPPC will be an advantage
• Keen to work in a sales-driven environment.
• Knowledge of wealth products such as Unit Trust, Bancassurance, Structured Products, Dual Currency Investments.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build profitable relationships with customers from their portfolio to deepen and broaden account relationships and generate revenue in wealth management.
• Market investment products and cross-sell HLBB's consumer products, including mortgages and credit cards, to PB customers.
• Expand new customer base through referrals and advisory services provided personally or via Investment Consultant team.
• Acquire and grow Priority Banking customer relationships and portfolios in line with PB goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Investment Consultant to offer proactive and personalized financial services to affluent clients.
• Support Centre Manager in promoting and developing market presence to achieve individual and team targets.
