Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur seeks a proactive Housekeeping Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure seamless room readiness for guests. You will manage communications between housekeeping, front desk, maintenance and其他 departments, while maintaining meticulous records and delivering Four Seasons service standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping coordination experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping requests and room status with teams.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Record and track housekeeping activities and communications.
• Maintain accurate records for housekeeping operations.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, Laundry and other departments.
• Monitor room status, out-of-service rooms, and VIP room requirements.
• Prepare daily reports, checklists and departmental documents.
• Support supervisors with administrative tasks and routine operations.
• Ensure proper handling of lost and found items.
