• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in automotive or premium goods.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Sound knowledge of sales techniques, CRM and sales processes.
• Valid driving license and willingness to undertake regular test drives with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Manage customer relationships and oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to vehicle delivery.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report KPIs to senior management.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to attract premium automotive customers.
• Conduct regular sales team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and optimal stock rotation.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain positive brand relationships.
• Recruit, interview and onboard qualified sales personnel.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, automotive industry regulations and customer service standards.
