Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in automotive or premium retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and a results-driven mindset.
• Customer service excellence with professional handling of enquiries.
• Proficiency in sales management systems and MS Office.
• Valid driving licence and willingness for test drives.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian automotive market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors and establish rapport to understand needs.
• Provide product knowledge on premium vehicles and key features.
• Perform needs assessments to match suitable vehicles.
• Prepare quotations and present pricing options.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with professionalism.
• Process sales documentation and coordinate with admin.
• Follow up post-sale for satisfaction and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
• Meet or exceed personal sales targets and support team goals.
• Attend product trainings to stay updated on specs and trends.
