Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales administrative tasks and manage submission forms.
• Organize, review, and file sales documents for SQ review and approval.
• Assist RM with customer emails, banking requests and premier client needs.
• Help handle customer complaints and follow up actions.
• Schedule appointments when the RM is unavailable and create leads.
• Cross-sell and refer customer needs to PRM as appropriate.
• Educate customers on digital banking and maintain accurate bank records.
