Job summary

HSBC in Malaysia seeks a Premier Relationship Banker to manage and grow Premier clients, delivering holistic financial planning and high-touch service for wealth and retail banking needs. You will work with a team to hit divisional targets and refer mortgage opportunities when appropriate.

Ideal candidates have a strong sales track record, relevant licences, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required.
• Evidence of strong sales track record in wealth/investment products preferred.
• Licences in marketing wealth/investment products (PCE, TBE, CEILLI, FIMM, IPPC) required.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, acquire, grow and deepen Premier customers’ relationships through effective relationship management.
• Drive revenue and AUM growth through holistic financial planning.
• Promote wealth and retail banking products based on needs-based selling.
• Refer mortgage business to Mortgage Arranger (MA).
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet divisional targets.
