Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Premier Relationship Banker to manage and grow Premier clients within the International Wealth and Premier Banking team in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. You will drive revenue, assets under management and holistic financial planning while delivering best-in-class wealth products with a strong service orientation.

The role requires a proven sales track record, familiarity with high-net-worth portfolios and licenses in wealth products.

Qualifications

Experience in relationship management of high net worth clients.
Diploma or Degree qualification recognised for banking roles.
Licence in wealth and investment products such as PCE, TBE, CEILLI, FIMM, IPPC required.
Strong sales track record in insurance and investment products.
Sales oriented with ability to deliver results and grow assets.

Responsibilities

Manage, acquire, grow and deepen Premier customers’ relationships through effective relationship management.
Drive revenue and AUM growth through holistic financial planning.
Ensure high level of sales and services of HSBC retail products based on needs-based selling.
Refer mortgage business to Mortgage Arranger (MA) when appropriate.
Ensure best practice on wealth sales is referred to peers and other teams.
Ensure compliance with products and sales policies, procedures and guidelines.
