Job summary

HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking an ambitious individual to join the International Wealth and Premier Banking team as Premier Relationship Banker, collaborating with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional targets.

You will manage Premier customers, drive revenue, ensure needs-based selling, and maintain high standards of compliance while building a trusted advisory relationship with high net worth clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management of high net worth clients preferred.
• Tertiary Diploma/Degree qualification.
• Licence in wealth and investment products such as PCE, TBE, CEILLI, FIMM, IPPC is required.
• Strong sales track record in insurance and investment products.
• Sales oriented and driven to produce results.
• Skilled in influencing, networking and portfolio management.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage, acquire, grow and deepen Premier customers’ relationships through effective relationship management.
• Drive revenue and AUM growth through holistic financial planning.
• Ensure a high level of sales and services of HSBC retail products based on needs based selling.
• Refer mortgage business to Mortgage Arranger (MA).
• Ensure best practice on wealth sales is being referred to peers and others.
• Ensure compliance with products and sales policies, procedures and guidelines set by the Bank and the relevant authorities are adhered and complied to at all times
