Job summary

HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking an experienced Premier Relationship Manager to service high-value clients and drive wealth management growth. The role focuses on acquiring, cross-selling, and retaining Premier customers while delivering tailored financial planning and exceptional service.

You will manage a portfolio, perform reviews, and collaborate with branch and wealth advisory teams to meet business targets, ensuring risk and compliance standards are upheld in a dynamic banking

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/degree or diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum of five (5) years proven financial services and/or retail sales experience.
Licenses required: CFP, PCE, Unit Trust, MTA and IPPC as listed.
Experience with high net worth clients and wealth management products.
Understanding of compliance, risk and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Premier customers, providing professional financial planning guidance.
Acquire, cross-sell and retain Premier clients to meet business targets.
Conduct full reviews to assess current and future financial needs.
Identify opportunities for wealth reviews and refer to wealth adviser when appropriate.
Ensure service levels and TOM standards are met; collaborate with branch and direct teams.
