Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of five years in financial services or retail sales.
• Evidence of strong sales results in insurance/investment products.
• Relationship management with high net worth clients.
• Strong wealth management technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and client focus.
• Licences: CFP, PCE, MTA, IPPC.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Premier clients with professionalism and client focus.
• Acquire, cross-sell and retain Premier customers in collaboration with branch and direct teams.
• Conduct full reviews to address current and future financial needs.
• Identify opportunities for wealth reviews and refer to wealth advisers.
• Ensure service quality per published SLAs and comply with risk controls.
